Hey everybody,

Well...it's come to this. I never wanted to do this, but I'm being forced. I'm currently broke. Bad broke...and as some of you are already aware ever since a few months back, my hosting company has been literally raping me in hosting fees. $90+/month for all my fansites - of which I don't make any money off of and pay for out of my own pocket. My business has been helping with paying for it, but it can't support the hosting completely at my current high rate and on a personal level I'm broke. So I've added a hosting donations button - so if you're so inclined to help me keep the site online until I can work out a cheaper hosting option and get us moved to a new server that would help out a lot.

The money goes directly to my hosting company, so I can't touch it for personal means. I've set it where you can donate however much you want, but know that it's run by paypal and they take out 5% + .30 cents for every donation. (More rape!)

Anyhow, thanks in advance for any of you that help out and support the fansites financially until I can get on my feet and get moved to somewhere more affordable!

Okay, so I finally got in all the final nominations. They have been updated. Authors, if you haven't accepted you have a little bit of time to make entry if you've been nominated and seconded. I will put the voting booth up once all the stories are loaded into MeijiTales.com. I'm hoping to have this completed before the end of the month, but ASAP. So you have a small window if you missed it or forgot or anything like that.

Authors that have qualified, please if you could help by loading your stories into the MeijiTales.com archives, that will speed up the process and help me out a lot. I'll try to cross post this in other places where we RK fans congregate. XD

Okay everybody, just wanted to let you know that the archive is OPEN again for all new submissions, members, authors, reviewers, updates, etc., etc., etc.

Here are SOME of the new features:

- Who’s online information on the main page
- Number of times a story has been read
- Fields in your profile for your LJ, Myspace, DiviantArt, FF.net, etc. accounts
- Ability to set your own classifications in addition to warnings and genres (i.e. Spoilers, Episode Related, Pairings, Language, Story Length, Story Type, etc)
- Added pagination to individual series page.
- Story counts are back. 
- Added Table of Contents link to the storyblock and viewstory page for stories.
- Co-authors    Yes. plural.
- Chapter end notes.
- Story notes.
- The main admin page will now tell you how many stories are in the validation queue. So does the info block.
- TinyMCE can now be toggled on/off on the page.
- Members can now turn tinyMCE and story indexes on/off for themselves (TinyMCE can only be turned on if the site has it turned on)
- Members can choose the default story sort for themselves. 
- The number of responses to a challenge is now listed in the information for the challenge.
- Stories updated within the time frame of your "recent days" setting will now also be marked as "New!"

I hope you all enjoy the new features and the new skin.  I am leaving this week, but when I get back I'm going to make some more skins, intergrate and upgrade the site forums, set up PODCASTING, and fix up some of the other pending technical issues here.
